Full Time and Part Time Teaching Assistants

Term time  (38 weeks per year) INSET Days claimed as overtime as required.

Hours: 32.45 hours per week  between the hours of 8.15am – 15.45pm with additional hour on Tuesday ad-hoc for training (to 4.45pm)

Part time positions (if available) are for 2 -4 days per week

Bucks Pay Range 1b – R2 FTE: £23,297- £26,961 per annum Full Time Equivalent

Actual pay £17,051 - £19,682 per annum based on 32.45 hours per week

 

We have opportunities for full and part-time Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated class teams. You will be well supported by experienced and welcoming staff within a well-run, hard-working school which holds as its core value the wellbeing of its pupils, parents and staff. 

Downley site vacancies are based in Woodland Department, catering for pupils who have Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties or Severe Learning Difficulties with additional physical and sensory needs.

Cressex site vacancies are based across all departments, working with children with severe learning difficulties and complex ASD.

We pride ourselves on building positive relationships with our pupils, their families and supporting professionals to enable communication, physical, social and emotional development for each individual.

We have extensive facilities on site to support this development and provide learning opportunities through a variety of experiences, lessons and routines.

Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided.
